Himalayan Shangri-La Treks & Expedition P.Ltd. was established by two founders-  Mr. Pemba Lama Sherpa & Ms Lakpa Sherpa is one of the best trekking organizations based in Nepal. It has been founded not with a handful of Knowledge but with a great deal of knowledge and experience in tourism field. We two founders & our team have been doing tourism profession since long time back.  Moreover we ourselves are from Sherpa family and are very much interested to choose trekking profession.

 

Actually, in the very beginning, trekking and adventurous task like mountain climbing have been introduced by Late. Tenzing Nurkey Sherpa from Solukhumbu who could reach to the top of the World’s highest peak, Mount Everest at first and Sir. Edmund Hillary from Newzealand. Since then almost all the Himalayan regions has come to be travelers’ spots. Many visitors come to visit these places every year. And they need tour guide, tour leader and other servers. So, that Sehrpas have been serving the visitors since Tenzing’s time. Almost all the Sherpas are from hilly regions and are very strong and can very easily tolerate high altitude. Furthermore Sherpas are loyal to the clients and sincere in duty. This is why even the foreigners, they like Sherpas very much and prefer to have their tour leader, tour guide and other tour staffs from Sherpa family. Having such influence we two founders and our team also chosen this profession.
