Lower Dolpo

Dolpo area is located in the central west of Nepa. The focal point of the area is the Shey-Phoksundo National park. Lower Dolpo (Dolpa) offers a wonderful opportunity to experience a landscape and culture far different from that is seen in other parts of Nepal. It is the least complicated trek to undertake and one of the most popular treks in the western part of Nepal. This remote and rugged protected area is attractive both scenically and culturally. The area is the inhabitant of various rare and endangered species of wildlife and plants diversity which can be seen nowhere else in Nepal.

Itinerary Details

Day 01 : Arrival at kathmandu valley. overnight at Hotel

Day 02 : Sightseeing at kathmandu valley. overnight at hotel.

Day 03 : Fly to Nepalganj,overnight at hotel

Day 04 : Fly to Juphal and start trek to Dunai, overnight at tented camp.

Day 05 : Trek to Hanke Check Post, overnight at tented camp.

Day 06 : Trek to Sumdo, overnight at tented camp

Day 07 : Trek to Shey - Phoksundo Lake, overnight at tented camp

Day 08 : Rest at Shey - Phoksundi Lake, overnight at tented camp

Day 09 : Trek to Baga La Base Camp, overnight at tented camp

Day 10 : Trek to Numa La Base Camp after crossing Baga La Pass, overnight at tented camp

Day 11 : Trek to Kakar Gompa after crossing Numa La Pass, overnight at tented camp

Day 12 : Trek to Dho Tarap, overnight at tented camp

Day 13 : Rest at Dho Tarap, overnight at tented camp

Day 14 : Trek to Big Cave, overnight at tented camp

Day 15 : Trek to Lahini, overnight at tented camp

Day 16 : Trek to Tarakot, overnight at tented camp

Day 17 : Trek to Heute Ghar, overnight at tented camp

Day 18 : Trek to Dunai, overnight at tented camp.

Day 19 : Trek to Juphal, overnight at tented camp.

Day 20 : Fly to Nepalganj & continuous to Kathmandu, overnight at hotel.

Day 21 : Explore to kathmandu. overnight at hotel.

Day 22 : Departure to yours own destination.
